Leap Year Baby gives back to Community

This campaign is to raise funds for youth living in the Townships Soweto and surrounding that can´t afford funds for good and higher education. They fail to continue with their education after Matric (Final School Year) or to pursue higher education or good qualifications due to lack of funds and resources. The funds should help youth to further their education and qualifications to register at colleges, universities and to cover the cost of those who can´t finish their studies because they don't have funds or are deeply in debts.

As much we have free education in South Africa but we all know that good and higher education is very expensive. Students get depressed, demotivated and suicidal as some can´t finish their studies because of affordability and debts. They can´t even afford psychological help to deal with depression because consultations rates are very high and not affordable even if you had medical aid. This involves youth from different backgrounds especially those who come from disadvantaged families in the Townships, there is just no hope.

So, as a leap year child who has her birthday every 4th year and being an upcoming artist. I thought and decided that, instead of just celebrating myself I could do a much better job. Launch the artist Flavor B as a brand and showcase other young talent supported by the Greenhawz Records. This day is gonna be celeted to give back to community and youth. The launch is on the 29th February 2020 in Soweto Orlando West. We will be selling clothing brand PHUMA KIM AND KASI QUEEN and others. Some of the funds from sales and from this campaign, will support the event and much more the youth to further their education and qualification. We would much appreciate any donation.
