Please help me for the therapy of my son with special needs

Hi. I am a mother of three beautiful children. I am always a hardworking individual but it seems like

it isn't enough to earn more for my children's educational needs. My eldest son has a special needs.

aside from sending him into an ordinary school I need to bring him always into a specialist who can supervise for a children with special needs. Unfortunately, what I am earning is not enough. I am also feeling a bit sick nowadays and I can't even send myself for a medical checkup because what I am earning was meant for my children. Any amount will do just to support them for their needs.
