Campaign Story
Hi, my name is Happy Muro and I am a teacher at Kazita Secondary School in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania. It is my hope to raise money to be able to take some of my students to a nearby town called Moshi where they can explore a possible future in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Most students at our school have little exposure to the jobs they might pursue after completing secondary school, especially in STEM. This money would fund about 20 students to visit a few different facilities (for example: hospitals, power plants, factories, airports etc.) on an overnight trip. The goal is to inspire a new generation of students to pursue jobs in STEM and give them opportunity they would otherwise not be able to have. Even the smallest of donations will be greatly appreciated!
