Education for war victim

Hi! My name is Leonid. I'm 19. I'm from Donets'k, Ukraine, where war is going on now. We hear shoots every evening, my city is under the siege, products and goods are very expensive and substandard here. I have graduated high school a few years ago and I’ve recently passed exams to enter the university, but my family is not able to pay such a great sum of money for education. It costs about 150000 rubles a year ($ 2300). Education is going to continue 4 years so this number will grow 4 times. I hope that some of you can help me, 'cause I really want to study to be able to achieve success in life.
