Education for increase on work

Hello!

I am 23 years old and recently I came back home from service on the fleet (who does not know everything men in Russia have to serve one year in army or on the fleet). To service I studied at the university as the engineer of medical equipment and finished it. Unfortunately when I came back home that found out that my profession is badly paid and is not demanded in my region. In hospital in the specialty will pay me about $234 for work but I will have to give a minimum of $125 a month for renting of the one-room apartment for me and my girl of the student and this money simply will not be enough for life. Fortunately I managed will get a job on the local oil plant the ordinary worker where after end of a semi-annual probation period will already pay me for service of pipelines about $470 and for this money it is already possible to live. Of course I dream of career development not for nothing I studied at the university, but my education is not suitable for work with oil and I need $3752.33 (240,000 rub) for two years' training in a magistracy on the oil industry worker. Unfortunately even with my present salary it will be very difficult to me to save up the necessary sum. I will be very grateful for the help.
