Raising funds for impoverished children in South Africa

The Foundation currently supports educare facilities in the Eastern Cape, Gauteng, Western Cape and the Free State. The Foundation presents educare facilities to approximately 200 children with two meals, and a snack, on a daily basis.

The Foundation is also in the process of establishing an active agricultural operation to provide fresh vegetables to the educare facility in the Western Cape as well as other poverty stricken early child-hood development facilities in the wider Breede River Valley district. We are hoping to have the basic requirements for the Agricultural Training Project in place by 2017.

Our aim is to have at least one educare facility in each province of South Africa; With an Agricultural training project in rural areas, supporting the food requirements of the educare facilities in that province.

Apart from providing pre-school and after school facilities the Foundation also supports 10 full time teachers, 12 part time teachers and two support staff members across South Africa. We will also provide accredited training to preschool teachers increasing their qualification levels.
