Education For Future Leaders

Its all about building pathways of success,

Research has shown that the first five years of a child’s life are crucially important for brain development. Every child needs a supportive environment to have a successful future.

Challenges:

• Literacy and Numeracy statistics indicate that 4.7 mil South Africans are illiterate.
• Children up to ages of 7 years read without understanding
• 45% of our pre-schools are of poor quality
• SA ranks at 146 out of 140* (based on WEF global competitiveness report 2015 – 2016)

Unfortunately, children in South Africa do not have access to quality education centers, I would like to step in to this space to make a difference.

With my current interaction in the informal sector in South Africa, I have discovered the lack of resources, educators that have the know how, and methodologies to enhance learning in the classrooms. Holistic ECD Solutions will become the conduit partner with ECD schools in the informal sector to introduce, assess, monitor and report progress to the South African Education department the milestones and successes over time.
