Campaign Story
I am seeking contributions to purchase educational tablets for children 1 to 5 years old. The tablets will be donated to the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (a well reputed NGO established in Hong Kong over 100 years). The recipients are identified by Tung Wah and the tablets is distributed by Tung Wah & their volunteer consuellors.
All recipients are low income families / single parents under stress including ethnic minority and those affected by domestic violence.
All recipients are Permanent Hong Kong residents and all tablets will be donated & used in Hong Kong.
With a HKD300 (approx USD35) contribution you can help a child to receive his/her 1st education which he/she might otherwise not have at this important age.
Education should be available to ALL children and it is important to receive their 1st education during their first 1000 days of life.
