Education cost for MS in United States

I am a student of Electrical Engineering, completed my undergraduate in India. I have a dream to pursue higher studies in one of the premier university in the world. I got an admission in University at Buffalo, SUNY. Initially, I thought I can manage some scholarship from university but there is no scholarships available for International Graduate Students. I have also applied for research Assistantship, but didn't get one. The cost estimated is nearly 40000$ per year.

22000(tuition fee) + 4000 (other fee + medical insurance) + 14000 (living cost) = 40000

I can manage my living cost by doing some on campus part-time jobs, but I am unable to bear the tuition fee + other fee = 27000 per year.

Master of Science course is of 2 years. So that I am asking for a total amount of (27000 x 2 = 54000) 50000$.

I have an impressive profile of GPA - 3.54/4, 167/170 in quant in GRE, 1 year and 3 months of work experience.

I hope some generous person will help me for this noble cause.
