FOR THOSE IN THE FAR-PLUNGE AREAS, TH REMEDY WOULD BE TO PUT UP HOME STUDIES OR ALTERNATIVE LEARNING SYSTEMS TO BE ACCREDITED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION WITH THE EMPLOYMENT OF VOLUNTEERS WITH DAILY STIPENDS SO CHILDREN NO LONGER HAVE TO TRAVEL OR CROSS RIVERS JUST TO GET EDUCATION.OUR VOLUNTEERS
