Information from the EDM Alumnae Constitution

Alumnae donated monies will be sent to the EDM Active Treasurer and should be
divided evenly into two funds: Short Term and Long Term.

Long Term Fund: The Long Term Fund is meant to help provide long-term
growth opportunities for the sorority. Opportunity areas may include, but are not
limited to, Housing, Meeting Space and Education (ex: conference attendance).
Should membership drop to the point where regular dues cannot cover rush or
pledging, monies from the Long Term Fund may also be used to supplement those
events, because the growth of our active membership is a long-term investment
for the sorority.

Short Term Fund: The Short Term Fund is meant to be used in three ways:
Pledge scholarship(s), Active scholarship(s), and sponsoring an event during
EDM Alumnae Weekends at Kenyon. Anything not used within the year is transferred to the long term fund.
