78 yr old LEG AMPUTATION Bill ongoing debt Funding

My father is 78 yr old diabetic, weak heart, kidney impaired gangrenous foot that needs leg amputaion ASAP and unfortunately doesn't have a medical insurance to cover for his medical needs.No retirement fund to use at all and no source of income any more. This is his 3rd confinement and his bills has been piling up he is still confined at Binakayan Hospital in Cavite since September 26th. He was in the ICU for 12 days and his leg amputation has been rescheduled already because the hospital is requiring us to pay the bill before they proceed with his surgery. Unfortunately all the assistance we gathered from concerned family and friends have been used for his medicines not to mention very expensive antibiotics( because of sepsis in his blood already, laboratory test, blood transfusions and his kidneys shut down so 3x a week dialysis and for medical supplies ) we had to pay for all of this because his hospital account has been frozen already. Unfortunately, we are not capable at the moment to raise the money to pay as our resources has been depleted already since we are still paying his earlier hospitalization last year when he had angioplasty which incurred an enormous amount as well.

We would like to appeal for financial assistance as his bill and people we borrowed from have pilled up to $15000 todate. He needs to have his leg amputation ASAP which is the source of all these complications. And medical dilemma is strongest antibiotics have already been given so he really needs the surgery!
