Campaign Story
We are raising funds to help Mr. Edilberto P. Lumanas finance the treatment of his disease. Eddie has been recently diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5, secondary to hypertensive nephropathy, uremic gastropathy. He needs to undergo hemodialysis 3 times a week and maintain his medications.
Eddie is a senior citizen who is currently unemployed and without other sources of income. He needs your donations so he could live longer and spend more time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
