The sustainable $14,990 Sustainable house:

Intellijoule invented a new kind of low cost high strength round cylinder shaped house, 100 square meters, and as small as 21 sq. meters that is zero energy rated by design, sustainable via solar PV, concentrated solar, small wind turbines, sky and and wall windows, rain recapture to optimize use of available environment, and sunlight striking dark zones in the house yet shielded when need arises.  The eC is designed for 3 times the strength of common house at 1/3 the price and 1/3 the operating cost. The price is 89K$ each for 100 sq-meter. Note: a 12 module unit is a liveable space for two people at price only $14,990. Intelligent LED lighting that functions as LED lighting hosting options of security, smoke detection, data via lightwaves, wifi, temperature, humniidity, smart phone in selected lamps.  The house can communicate with owner via any smart phone by calling the fully optioned  lamp. the entire structure consist of modules that look like giant book cases that lock together at the corners.  Intellijoule locates land for you then arranges erection.

Everything can ship in cut pieces placed in flat packaging ready for assembly.  

Where?

The eCylinder does not require nearby utilities, thus can exist anywhere on the globe. A family of four can live efficiently in the 100 sq-M eCylinder. Intellijoule's own banker will finance your eC if you cannot meet mortage company income level requirements but can put in a down payment.   The monthly payments are so very low.  Local laws and regulations apply.  You can erect the eC by yourself in about one week with friends by being your own contractor! 

Donations  and gift! 

If you donate funds to Intellijoule you shall receive one months lodging free in an eC in the southwest USA as they come on to the market.  Everyone that contrubutes will receive a 3000 Lumen cylinder light that can host the above features yet costs 300$ market. The Cylinderlight is industrial grade and great for outdoor worksites however beautiful enough for the bedroom or livingroom, but the donor gets it free with a donation and first chance to buy an eC on a first come first serve basis; donors getting the first houses. 

In addition, you can sell your eC for much more than you paid for it.
