Eco-Home instead of a CO2 House

Hi everyone

I'm 39 and I live in a rented appartement with three uninsulated facades and roof, resulting a very inefficient and Eco unfriendly home.

To buy a house the Belgian Banks agree to borrow the price of the house but not the one-time notary+registration+tax costs, this amount forms approximately 10% of the act value.

If the average price is 160000€ those costs will be a bit more than 16000€.

My goal is to get the amount to be able to finally get the bank loan and buy a house.

My Commitment: Any crowdfunded 1000€ by your generous donations, will be spent by me for another charity in a form of a monthly donation of 83,34€ during a year (12months x 83,34=1000€)
