Eco Friendly Raw Vegan Food Truck

Greetings! My name is Mufasa, otherwise known as Dr. Atun of the Health-Hop Network. My journey to health & wellness began in 1999 when I went on a 30 day fast from red meat, pork & dairy products. Although this was a great improvement, I still found myself ill a few years later due to eating other unclean/unhealthy animals & processed "junk food." This illness led me to dig deeper into fasting & raw foods detoxing. After doing some research, I decided to attempt to cure myself naturally instead of running to a doctor for treatment(against the counsel of all my friends & family). I emerged from this experience in better health than ever before & a full fledged vegetarian! Several years later I met my wife Nissaba, who also adopted a vegetarian lifestyle & saw many health benefits as a result. With her help I started the HHN in 2011 to share my experiences & eductate those in the urban community on the benefits of a plant based diet. Along this journey I have lost several loved ones due to preventable illnesses but I have also seen many people recover from all types of "dis-ease", just by making simple changes in their diet/lifesyles. It was out of this desire, to see more people enjoy healthier happier lives that "Flawlessly Raw" vegan cuisine was born! Our goal is simple... to bring fresh, organic, delisious raw vegan dishes to as many people as possible! All the money raised here will go towards the purchase and maintanece of a customized, enviromentally safe food truck. Ideally, we would like to have it up & running by the beginning of the new year. As an enviromentalist, I see vegetarianism as the single most important step we humans can take towards healing not only ourselves but the planet as well!
