EAT BETTER

Eat Better teaches the underpriviledged communities how to use food as a health-giving tool. It eminates from the Noakes Foundation which has introduced educational workshops across the South-western Cape in South Africa.

Now the rest of the world also needs to be shown how to regain their health by EAT BETTER. This requires crowd-funding.

This is based on the "Banting Lifestyle" also known worldwide as LCHF ( low carbs, high healthy fats) which continues to help in combating obesity, diabetes and other ailments. Professor Tim Noakes has co-authored books, starting with "The Real Meal Revolution" which have been translated into several languages.

For children there is a excellent book entitled "Raising Superheroes" ( also available in other languages) which enables them to grow healthy bodies.
