Easing mom’s final days

My mother is the bravest and most loving woman I know. She has sadly been battling Acute Myeloid Leukemia and Bone Marrow TB for the past year and a half and is finally succumbing to her illness.  After her latest replapse during December 2014, the doctors advised that she had not responded to the treatment and they would not be able to do any more for her. She has been sent home and we have been advised to make her comfortable until she passes. This has been a devastating blow to us and we are still struggling to come to terms with the fact that we are going to lose my mother.  I am my mother's only child and have been trying as best I can to support her financially through this diffcult time, however she is no longer able to eat solids and cannot walk anymore, and I am unable to afford the things she needs to make her comfortable. I have a small daughter of two who I am responsible for and am struggling to make ends meet. Further than that, I do not have the funds to offer her a dignified burial, and cannot see how I will be able to afford a proper funeral when the time comes.  If anyone is willing to open their hearts to help give my mother the dignity she deserves in her final days, I would greatly apprecaite it and I will pay it forward to another in need, when the time comes for me to do so.
