In the evening of December 23, Anak Krakatau City, South Lampung of Indonesia was struck by a major natural disaster. An earthquake of 7.7 magnitude that led to a 3-meter high tsunami hit the city and its surrounding, destructing all buildings and washing everything that is in its way. As for right now, at least 384 people are confirmed dead, and countless are still missing.

The Indonesian Student Association in the U.S. (Permias Nasional), which is now registered as a 501(c)(3) NGO, is deeply concerned with this tragedy and will help our brothers and sisters that are in great needs. We do need your support, to help us raise funds that will be donated to the people of Central Sulawesi.

Funding will be allocated for the recovery of Central Sulawesi. We will also partner with local organizations in Indonesia that are already helping with the process of evacuation in the city as we speak.

Please continue praying for the evacuation process and recovery of Central Sulawesi.

*As a registered NGO, we will make sure that donations are fully and properly allocated to help Central Sulawesi. Our publication team will also create a short video to prove that this campaign brings hope to those who are affected.*
