Early Childhood Development Centre

Qhamani will be a full-service early childhood development centre that will care for children from age two to five. Our centre will be concentrating on the needs of parents within its immediate area who require the services of a competent educare facility. These are ambitious parents who are typically eager in terms of their children's development and will be interested in having their children attend a progressive facility.

Through planned specialized training of the staff such as courses to hone teachers’ emotional intelligence to ensure that they are equipped with any behavioral issues that might arise in the classroom, Qhamani will be cutting edge in terms of child development.

The funds will be used to construct a bungalow/wendy house which will be converted into two classes for the children as well as a kitchen and an office space for administrative work. The other funds will help to buy the kitchen equipment in the form of a stove, a fridge, an urn, a microwave and a washing machine for washing soiled on children's clothing. Toys will also be bought, reading materials, educational posters and storage boxes for the toys.
