E3 (Educate. Empower. Enlighten.) Youth Development Hub supports the talents and aspirations of local youth who want to further their education, find meaningful employment and start a business of their own. We offer training, mentorship, networking, business incubation and co-working opportunities in a funky, creative learning space.

The learning centre complements technical input sessions with services of an on-site industrial psychologist, a life coach, a personal finance advisor and a monthly law clinic as well as inspirational workshops with passionate professionals and sector specialists. In addition, we provide IT platforms that enable access to online learning courses as well as professional development networks.

We firmly believe all young people have talents and deserve an opportunity to ignite their inner potential. We also believe that socio-economic circumstances should not stand in the way of their goals and aspirations. As many of our youth come from resource poor communities, E3 has set out to provide exceptional learning experiences for all our participants - free of charge.

As a Public Benefit Organization (PBO) we rely exclusively on donor funding to ensure that we continue to support our South African youth.
