e-wallet for everybody

We are in the process of getting a working platform and backoffice for a Transfer/bill payment e-wallet for in-country. There has been raise a big opportunity for us to offer a platform to do transfer (P2P) for user that are client of a lending financial institution in Guatemala. These target market has a 130,000 active user and we are focusing on getting a 10% users/client for our platform. Basically it would be a wallet for bill payment, top-up cell phones and monery transfer, everything will be complying with AML laws and regulations. So we need to start funding to get a platform and a pre-paid program VISA or MC card to put in the program, we need initially $35,000 to pay setup fees and another $50,000 to buy the prepaid program card. Base upon the information we are looking for investor or people that have some extra cash to fund this start up company of us, so that we would be able to get an ongoing job and hiring people for the betterment of the potential workers. The whole idea is to create a business to offer employment to as many people as possible.
