Dutch Screwed

I lived in The Netherlands for a year and something, brought there by my alcoholic douchebag father and he left Us there (my wife and then 3 years old son)... Anyway, after we came back home, after what it seemed like years of struggling, I was contacted from the Dutch government and they wanted back 1500 euros for some taxes or whatever... Somehow I paid it back with my 250 euro salary (with help from relatives). Now, again, they want another 2000 euros back... And there's no way I could pay it back without loans, which I'd pay for years. At the moment we live at the brink of bankruptcy each month.
