Duna Battery Fitment Centre is a company i personally started with my last pay from my employer. I saw a need to start this business because there was no other in the disadvantaged communities.
I have tried to get premises and startup capital but have failed because i do not have collateral. I now sell batteries to my clients from the boot of my old car which breaks most of the time. I have many clients that i need to service in my community.
All that is needed is startup capital to buy a shipping container to use as premises, stock, and battery testers and load testers. I would like to have a small motorbike in future to be able to go and fit a battery in a clients vehicle on site. The running cost will be so low to be able to employ a minimum of 5 employees per shop. The future plan is to grow it to the stage that every township in South Africa should have one or more. This will create thousands of employment opportunities. I have thumbs up with the pilot project i did in Tembisa on facebook as the best service ever to clients. Please help to realise a dream.
