Dublin Kirtan Mela 2019

So here we are, on full preparation mode for our hopefully biggest Kirtan Mela of Dublin for the year 2019. But as always we depend on the generosity of all of you supporting our festival to make this happen! So we have set up another fundraising campaign for this summer!

What are we collecting for?

Since our Kirtan Melas keeps growing in numbers and interest, we have decided to change the frequency of our program from one mela a season to one big mela a year where we can have a bigger space to cater for our attendees and with more Guest Kirtaniyas. We are hoping to have Kirtaniyas coming from all over the world - Ireland, Canada, France and UK to provide everyone with an even better experience and deepen their relationship with holyname. To ensure we supply a warm welcome to all our guests and to comfortably fit in as many kirtan lovers as possible, we decided to move to a new and larger venue. In this new space, we will pick up right where we left off, bringing you the same unique chanting experience with our local and international kirtaniyas, but with an even bigger floor space to dance on and better ventilation!

Funds required has been estimated as follows:

We had €290 that was left from our Spring Mela that we used towards our guests flight tickets.

We really want to built upon that momentum to make the experience a quality and profound one for all those that partake. So we have already started the ground work to what should be a special Kirtan experience! So please help us by supporting us in any way you can.
