From November 2021 to November 2022, the project plans to rescue patients with liver cancer, hemophilia, spondylosis and other serious diseases as well as a variety of rare diseases, a total of more than ten types and a total of 150 patients with serious diseases. The relief objects are: the city's subsistence allowances, low-income families, people in extreme poverty or seriously ill patients whose families encounter major changes and special difficulties. After reimbursement of medical insurance and commercial insurance, government social assistance and assistance from other institutions, 50% of the relief will be given at their own expense. In principle, the annual relief amount will not exceed 2000 yuan.
