Drowning in Debt

I'm needing assistance with my credit card debt. I want to start my own company, but my debt is in my way of achieving this goal. In 2011, My girlfriend had extensive surgery on her lower back and she is in dire need of assisting. This responsibility falls to me, and it leaves me with no time to look for work. If I wasn't here she would not be able to do anything at all. I need to help her stand up and walk on most occasions, so you see how I am needed to be home all day every day. She has no family that will help her, and she cannot work herself for obvious reasons. If I could resolve my debt, I will be able to start a business of my own and assure that my girlfriend will be well taken care of.
