Drowning in debt

Good day

I need your assistance as i am drowning in debt, i am 28 years of age and ever since i started working at the age of 19 i have been trying to help my family. I come from a poor family and i am currently the bread winner consisting of 6 family members. I have now recently finished building my mom a 3 bedroom house as she was living in a 1 room house which was donated by the government. The house was very small and could not not accommodate all 6 of us. I am now in financial trouble as now my expenses are exceeding my income and i just don't know what to do. Your help will greatly assist in trying to reduce my debt, i have tried selling my work leave as currently the role that i am in does not have any overtime that i can work to make extra money.
