Drop out researching a new tech,Startup company

Hi,my name is Brian Yeap and i am from Malaysia.I am currently 17 years old and i dropped out from my high school to focus on my dream of becoming an entrepreneur .I've always been fascinated by Technologies and invention and i always have ideas of new inventions.One day i was sleeping and it hit me,i suddenly have an amazing idea of a new invention .The invention will not just change the way we look at vehicles but it can also save millions of life.It is a revolutionary invention that no one has ever talked about as the existing invention that we are using has existed for over a century and nothing has changed.If i were to tell people my idea ,they'll definitely say that it's not possible or that i should just focus on my study.However father believe in me and is wiling to support me financially.However currently my family is facing difficulties with our income as my sister has college fee to pay,income tax,house,car and so on.They have been really stressful these days but they told me not to worry and i should keep on doing what i'm doing.However this sometimes makes me feels very guilty as i'm trying to follow my dream bur i'm putting more pressure for my parents.Should i stop and just become like others ?is what i'm doing right?am i too selfish? These thoughts keeps on coming up in my mind to the point i'm not sure what i should do anymore.My sister is also helping out my family by studying really hard so that she could get scholar ship and would possible reduce the stress on my parents.My invention idea is very good and i could get investors however i don't have a patent yet and i could not reveal my invention to the public.But if i doesn't reveal my invention,no one is going to invest in me.

what the funds will be used for?
I've conducted patent search(by myself,by going through WIPO,USPTO,Google Patents and ETC) and i couldn't find anything related to my invention. Therefore if i have enough funding i would use the money to hire a patent attorney to conduct a better patent search to prevent patent infringement .But before all that can happen i would invest the money into prototyping my idea with my other team members .I've conducted a simple prototype and the results are great ,however i would need a more complex prototype to further comfirm that it works.But more complex prototype also means that it will be more expensive.If everything goes to plan ,i would use the money to file a patent in Malaysia only as it would cost around 3000-4000$.

Explain how soon you need the funds.
As i've risked a lot of things for my dream(such as my academics and so on)It would be best to receive as much funds as soon as possible .Because then i would immediately jump into action and start using the funds to produce prototypes for my invention.

Talk about what the support will mean to you.
This support will mean a lot to me as it doesn't just reduce the stress on my parents working as hard as they could just to help me accomplish my dreams.And also to my sister as well ,so she would not have study till midnight every time and that i wish she would be able to enjoy more of the college life rather then just focusing on studying for scholarship for me .I feel very selfish for having such an ambitious dream and that i am putting all the stress on my family.This support would help a lot and it will mean a lot to me as well as my parents.
