My Father has been a good school service / jeepney driver for almost 30 years.

Ferdinand M. Alvarez, 49 years old living at Mandaluyong City, NCR, Philippines. He was diagnosed with Non-small-cell lung carcinoma (LUNG CANCER - Stage 4) at Lung Center of the Philippines, Quezon City.

He is advised to undergo Chemotherapy because surgery is not advisable to his case where the cancer cells sticked on his 4th and 6th rib, but unfortunately his body couldn't take it because he is so weak. Doctors gave him an alternative procedure which is Radiotherapy, it will help to lessen the pain that is causing from the tumor in his lungs.

My father doesn't have Philhealth or any benefits or privileges during his work as a personal / school service driver / jeepney driver. So that, it is really hard for us to afford his medical needs.

He is a father of 4, I, the eldest is a fresh graduate, my three siblings is still schooling. My mother is a Food Vendor in front of our house. We need to have atleast 1,000,000 pesos or more to his over-all medication.
