Drivable Driveway for Grandparents

Hi my name is Courtney. This is my grandparents driveway. All I'm wanting to be able to do with the driveway is; put a new culvert in, even out the dirt and pack it down better, and put down a layer or two of some gravel. It's gotten to difficult to get in and out of the driveway and I just want to help them out. They are not able to mess with it anymore. Me and my sister try to patch parts that wash out when it rains a lot, but it's not that easy. Especially without enough materials and the right equipment.
