Meet Andrew - a fun, loving, (and fun-loving!) 2 year old. Drew has two moms and he was born using a sperm donor from a cryobank.
Now his moms are ready to give him a sibling, but there's a catch - in order to use the same donor, they are required to pay an unexpected "reactivation fee". This is on top of the other medical expenses, which are not covered by insurance.
