Dreamt a very big dream…in need of a little help please?

hi everybody...

ok so I’m really pushing the boat out here but like they say... “if you don’t ask you don’t get”

My dream since being a young lad is to have my own boat an sail around the world. so here is where the problem lies....

I’m now 32 years old with literally the whole 3.4 kids (teenager naturally counts as 1.4) I have a good job where I earn dare I say a fair wage but I’m a self employed carpet fitter so work is not always guaranteed firstly but also means I struggle for credit, large loans etc. So after all the monthly bills for a house big enough to contain the animals we call children which is actually £700 pm, we can’t get a council house because we don’t contribute to the community where we have lived eight years and our children are schooled but that’s another problem altogether....our monthly outgoings seriously add up to nearly £1800pm!

So....during the the last 16 years of my life iv spent working to prvide I’ve realised it’s actually going to be impossible to fulfil my dreams. So far iv managed to save as my own stash just £800 which is constantly under threat when the next frickin birthday or other mental occasion pops up...as a carpet fitter my knees are already laced with arthritis so at this rate I’m running out of tim.... I don’t know so a friend suggested to give this a try on the theory if 10,000 people see this and donate £1 I could potentially reach my goal? It’s gotta be worth a try an who knows if it ever happens you can come for a trip on the boat.
