Hello,

My name is Lukas, I am 26 years old and from the age of 6 I have been bound to wheelchair.

The illness I have been born with is called spinal muscular atrophy. It means my muscles grow weaker every year bit by bit and in time, my heart or lungs will stop working. Unfortunately, there is no cure for this for the time being. On the other hand, I am person who enjoys his life and tries to be as much positive as I can be.

I have dreams to visit many places of the world, but I will probably not have enough time to save money myself as the traveling expenses for me are high. When I want to go somewhere I need to pay for myself as well for another two people who will go with me and help me with everyday basic needs because I am too weak to do them myself.

Here is the time for you to help me by either sharing this bit of information with your friends or by sending any amount of money you could spare. I would use them to visit places I would have never been able to go to and I would definitely be very grateful at that moment to all people who made this dream come true.
