Dreams of a Food Cart

I am on a mission to finish building a food cart. I have ran into a issue with starting my own business. Due to Covid-19. I have been a Chef for almost 8 years now and I lost my job in March. Since then I have been struggling to take care of my 3 kids. Since no one is hiring because of the virus I decided to go back to school for business management and start up my own business. I plan to sell pulled pork, hamburgers, and a huge list of specials. I need help getting my business off the ground so I can take care of my children and be able to give a couple people work I know that lost their job due to covid.
