Dreaming of a Degree

There would be no greater accomplishment in life than earning a college degree... I have overcome HUGE obstacles in my life and some that many would not have recovered from. I struggled with undiagnosed mental disorders coupled with emotional trauma at a young age that aided in my choice to use drugs. My drug addiction took me to the darkest places and nearly to death. I have been sober 10 years and since gaining my sobriety it has been my greatest desire to go to school and obtain a law degree. Between 5 years in school and living in 2 states with 30k worth of student loans I am still barely a sophmore by credits. I am a mother to 3 children and a wife to a veteran. With the demands that I have in life and the need to support my family, all of my income goes into building a life for my children. To be able to get my degree and teach my children that no matter what happens you don't have to give up would be the most rewarding lesson I could give as a mother.  I am not anyone special...I just want to go to school. I have gone from having nothing and losing everything, to gaining a family, being a good mother and wife, and giving back to the society I once took from.
