Dream of Orpheus, short film

Orpheus wakes up trapped inside a tide dark space and barely able to breath. His face is wrapped around a thick membrane. As he is trying to wake from this nightmare, he finds himself trapped into another one.

This short film is inspired by the ancient myth of Orpheus. "Dream of Orpheus" is an ongoing film project dedicated to show an alternative narration of the myth. Based on a dream-like approach, "Dream of Orpheus" is trying to question the physical boundaries of reality and dream.

It's a collaborative effort of students of the Fine Arts Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with the cooperation of different faculties(Theater, Film, Visual and Applied Arts).
