Dream Education and Marriage

Hi Everyone,

I am Alecxa, 24 years old, filipino and a lesbian who has an amazing girlfriend for 6 years that I've been wanting to marry.

Quick story of our relationship: My girlfriend and I came from a family that does not support the love we have for each other, they think that this is just a phase and a mortal sin as they're all strict Catholics. Since then, we have decided to move to the city and live independently, work multiple jobs, save up and get married. (Mom & Dad, We love you so much! We live to see the day that you will accept us for the person that we are and not for the gender of the person we chose to love.)

Our dream: has always been to get married and settle in a country where there is inclusion for LGBTQIA+ and laws that will support couples like us. Hence, our Canada dream was born 4 years ago. We have done tremendous research as to what options we have in order to immigrate to Canada, we attended a total of 63 seminars done by agencies who promised free processing and education, applied thrice through Canada's Express Entry and Provincial Nomination Programs and reached out to filipino communities in Canada but all our efforts ended to nothing.

But like what they said, if there's a will, there's a way.

Which brings me to our last ray of hope:

Get a Canadian Education and apply for Permanent Residency

This is where I will be needing your help, the cheapest tuition for an international student like me would cost me an average of 1,200 USD per year. I need at least a two-year degree program to qualify. In addition to that, I will be needing another 1,200 USD for our show money and settlement fund in order for the Canadian Embassy to grant us a temporary visa while I study there. Our saving right now is at 3,000 USD. We are still short of 30,000+ USD for our dream to materialize.
