Dream Come True

This organization stands for what I believe in. For as long as I can remember, I've always wanted to go to college and work for the government. I also realized that it must be an eight year education; which I plan to begin in the fall of the 2015-16 semester and work so hard to pursue my goals. I have always had a strong mind for the environment. I feel very strong about becoming a Geologist. Unfortunately life's not easy for anyone but it hurts to know that college is a few weeks away and I may not have the funds that I should to attend college and to do the things I need to have a successful career and life. My family can't afford it and I of course am on my own and can't do it by myself either. I have had the opportunities to explore different colleges and careers and choose the path I'd like to go through to better myself for my family and to prove to those that we all have a purpose. I and my three siblings have been adopted and we'd all love to go to school. But as we grew up there was nothing handed to us and we were always in need of anything we'd come across. Every time I think about it I'm happy to know that I want this big future and I feel that with the your help, I can be another successful U.S. Citizen that had big dreams to work for the government, made it, and would be ready to tell the story of never giving up. My love for the environment and wanting to attend college has encouraged and touched hearts of many people I've worked with and have worked for. I feel that people give up because they feel college is too expensive and they end up no where. That's not where I'd like to be. And even if I do not end up with any donations or enough, I will not give up and I will still remain focused and use my skills from work experiences and volunteering to help me pay for college. I am so proud of myself to have taken the steps toward pursuing my goals in getting into college. Knowing to reach my goals, I will need as much help as possible. I have the moral support from family, co-workers, and friends but I also know that's just not enough to make this dream come true. All I can do now is hope that this organization could help me reach my dream by awarding me with as many donations as possible. Thank you.
