Dream Bakeshop

Since I was a little child, my Mom and I used to bake a lot of cakes and cookies. I was amazed how my Mom deliciously bake goodies. Due to my passion and curiosity in cooking and baking, I took Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management in a well-known university in the Philippines. After I graduated college, it feels like I’m still lacking knowledge in baking and pastries. I applied in a Coffee Shop and worked over a year to save up money and enrolled myself in a 6 months baking and pastry arts program. After that, I’m planning to put up a very small online business which is selling cupcakes and cookies but I wasn’t able to do that due to I applied in a Hotel and assigned in Boracay for 2 years. Now, I already resigned to pursue one of dreams of having a little bakeshop/coffee shop.
