Dedicated Husband and Father

My husband was falsely convicted of a crime he did not commit. His been sentenced to 3 years 9 months. He is a family man, with a business, where two employees who were identical twins, accused him of an act he did not do. Police failed to investigate, with no evidence and with witnesses (2 members of staff and me) on the night he was still convicted with their word against his. Our legal aid barrister never prepared our case, and she left it to chance. This is something that commonly happens. We need to raise money for his legal fees to go to appeal and get his conviction over turned. He never got to see the birth of his child because of someone else lies.

The criminal justice system has discriminated against my husband, a business man who is a law abiding, with no criminal background and a great character reference. This case was pushed through the courts knowing that he would be convicted because of institutional racism in the courts.

As friends and family of Andre who knows what person he is, we need to fight to get him out and raise awareness. Andre would never let you down, so don't let him down when he needs you the most. Even if you donate £10.00 that is £10.00 closer to our goal.
