Dr. Jose Bulla’s Healing Journey

Dear Family and Friends,

Recently our beloved dad, Jose Antonio Bulla has been diagnosed with a variant of Guillian-Barré Syndrome. He is currently in the Intensive Care Unit in Colombia, fighting for his life.

My dad is one of only a few holistic doctors in Colombia and has helped many, many people with illnesses of all kinds. His life's mission is to always offer his services to everyone who needs it. No matter their ethnic background, religion or financial status. He was always there to help in anyway he could to the people of his small town. My dad would turn away no one. Even if they weren't able to pay in monetary values, he would happily treat them. He has given so much to so many and now is needing a great deal of help himself.

Currently, he is paralyzed and a ventilator is helping him breath. He's undergoing Intravenous Immunoglobulin (IVIG) treatments for this condition. Good news, he is still able to move his fingers and feet. We are being told that the prognosis is good with continued treatments and proper rehabilitation. Everyday we are seeing him improve little by little and know this is going to be a long journey of healing.

With heavy but hopeful hearts, my family and I, are asking for some much needed financial support and assistance to help cover the costs of further treatments for my dad.
