Down payment for new wheelchair van

My name is Samuel Gold. I am 36 I live in Scott Louisiana and I have cerebral palsy. I am currently in need of a down payment towards a new wheelchair accessible Van because mine is a 2001 Dodge grand caravan with 80,000 miles on it no air-conditioning and and safe locking system and too many more things to mention for costly repairs that I do not have the money. If I were to get the down payment for a new Van I would be able to be locked down safely be much more comfortable and my caregivers will be able to take me wherever I need to go and not have to worry if I'm going to be safer not.
