Crowdfunding pages are always full of wonderful campaigns and fundraisers, for noble causes and the like. However, let us not forget an extremely significant and important problem we are all facing, and one that will affect every single person on the planet - climate change.

Climate change needs to be tackled immediately.

What are the Impacts of 1.5°C and 2°C of Warming?
Summary: The impacts of climate change are being felt in every inhabited continent and in the oceans. However,
they are not spread uniformly across the globe, and different parts of the world experience impacts differently.
An average warming of 1.5°C across the whole globe raises the risk of heatwaves and heavy rainfall events,
amongst many other potential impacts. Limiting warming to 1.5°C rather than 2°C can help reduce these risks

I strongly implore every reader to do their part for the environment.
Whether it is by:

-using electric transport
-buying renewable energy
-cutting single-use plastic use
- or just by following climate news
