Don’s Cancer Treatment

My name is Debra. I am a Malaysian and my husband’s name is Don and he is from South Africa. Don has advance malignant Melanoma in the lymphatic system. We have 2 beautiful children. Our son, Keverne who will be 11 this year and our daughter, Megan who will be turning 6 in a couple of weeks time.

Earlier this year, Don resigned from his job in Bali and returned to his home country. The children and I continue to live and remain in Malaysia. The reason Don resigned is because he was unable to work anymore due to the tumours which started on his left leg which has grown and spread and thus unable to walk. He is also seeking treatment back in his home country. As of today, he has more than 70 tumours combined on his legs, face and other parts of his body.

Unfortunately, Don is not insured. He needs multiple surgery (7 surgeries) to remove the tumours. Each surgery cost ZAR30,000 which will come to ZAR210,000 (USD15,000).

Writing this is so hard for me as I never in a million years would think that we will ever be in this dire situation. But we are and we are now desperate need of financial aid.

Please help Don. Any amount big or small will be a huge help and blessing to us. I ask also that you keep him in prayers that he may remain strong in faith and that our Almighty God will grant him Mercy and Grace during this painful and difficult time.
