Donovan Theart VKB Ireland Rugby Tour

Donovan Theart is a 16 year old rising rugby star. The long list of his sport accomplishments started at a young age, ranging from Primary School to his current High School grade 10 year and increasing every rugby season. Please find below a breakdown of Donovan's top 5 prestigious rugby career accomplishments, all leading up to the reason for this Funding Campaign:

Year - 2017 (Donovan 15 years old)

1. Receives honour colours from his school for playing for the under 16A Mpumalanga Winners finals team

2. Receives a merit award from his school for playing for the under 15A Seven's team

3. Receives colours from his school for playing for the under 16 Rhino's Seven's team as vice-captain

Year - 2018 (Donovan 16 years old)

4. Chosen for the under 17 Panthers international academy, representing 14 South African school teams

5. Plays for the under 16 Puma's team as captain and awarded as the best under 16 number 9 player of the tour

After receiving the last prestigious award, being the best number 9 player in his age category, Donovan is chosen for the VKB under 16 Ireland Tour team starting end of November 2018! This is to date the highlight of Donovan's rugby career and will ensure further doors to open for this excellent player.
