Donations needed for medical illness

My name is Elizabeth. I've been sick with body dismorphic disorder for three years. Many people believe that this illness only affects teenagers, however I am 31. Body dysmorphic disorder is a type of chronic mental illness in which I can't stop thinking about flaws with my appearance. My appearance is so shameful that I don't want to be seen by anyone. I never leave the house and cannot work. I’ve spent two years in weekly therapy but, there is no place in the area that specifically treats this disorder. Timberline knolls is a wonderful facility based in Illinois (3 hours away) but, my health insurance does not cover this type of illness. The treatment costs a whopping $27,000!!! Please help me get well by donating anything you can. For aevery $100 raised I will volunteer one hour of my time to the local animal shelter. Thanks for your kind thoughts and prayers.
