My aunt, a 54-year-old patient named Connie Cuntapay, was diagnosed with End-Stage Chronic Kidney Failure secondary to Hypertension and we ask for your help by supporting her medical needs. Her life is currently on the line right now and for you to understand better, these are all the details about her condition and medications:
