Donate to the family of BC Matt Burchett

It is with great sadness and deep regret that we announce the Line of Duty Death (LODD) of Draper Fire Battalion Chief Matt Burchett. Matt Burchett spent nearly 20 years at Unified Fire Authority working at all levels of the organization. BC Burchett accepted a promotion to Battalion Chief and moved to Draper Fire in May, 2018, and was on an assignment in California at the Mendocino Complex when he was tragically killed in the line of duty. We mourn with his family, and as part of his family understand the ultimate sacrifice that BC Burchett gave.
