The EssBee Foundation is a registered South African non-profit organisation that aim to reduce the gender inequality gap via our five strategic programs:
We teach numeracy and literacy to disadvantaged children in South Africa, with the assistance of an interactive e-reader, to achieve our goal of ensuring that our children can read and write by age 10.
We tutor and mentored children, predominantly girls, from disadvantaged backgrounds in South Africa to assist them to excel at school and get placement at tertiary institutions.
We initiate university visits and job shadowing to assist our final year high school girls make an informed career decision and reduce the high tertiary education dropout rate.
We fund tertiary education and provide our students with guidance and mentorship during their transition from high school to tertiary institution.
We provide venture capital to black female founded enterprises and introduce our entrepreneurs to successful businesswomen via our #PowerWomenEmpower business conference.
All proceeds will be used to for our five strategic initiatives that aim to reduce the gender inequality gap in South Africa.
